Top of the line equipment is used including four wheel drive pick-up trucks and larger heavy duty trucks. Our trucks are equipped with snow plows of varying sizes (8 foot, 10 foot, and 12 foot) with power angled blades representing the latest technology.
Hydraulically powered sanders with capacity from 2 yards up to 12 yards handle large commercial parking lot areas and smaller/ tight spaces found in condominium complexes. All equipment is maintained and frequently upgraded.
Special consideration is given to maintaining safe conditions on icy/slippery road and walkway surfaces. The safety of pedestrians is never compromised. Property sites are repeatedly visited during storms and the aftermath to guard against hazardous conditions. During heavy snow falls and blizzards it may be necessary to remove accumulated snow from the premises. In such cases, we provide front-end loaders and dump trucks.
Sweeping away accumulated sand and salt from road surfaces is essential
